POLICIES AND OTHER FINE PRINT

EXTRA PERSONS - Rates are based on up to the number of guests indicated on the rates page. Additional guests may stay at $15 per person per night if property capacity allows. Children 6 and under stay free of charge.

AGE RESTRICTIONS - Guests making a reservation must be at least 21 years of age. We are a quiet hotel and reserve the right to cancel or interrupt a reservation without refund should we deem it necessary.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - Every property has a set maximum number of occupants and every reservation is for a set number of people. Exceeding the number of people stated in the reservation without notifying the manager in advance may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

MINIMUM STAYS - Different seasons have different minimum stay requirements for advance bookings, as described in the chart above. Reduced minimum stays are available if booked less than 14 days prior.

TAXES - Rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to a 10% accommodation tax and 7% goods & services tax (G.S.T.), not included in the prices. Guest from outside Canada may apply to the Federal government for a rebate of the G.S.T.

RATES - Rates posted are subject to change. The rate for a confirmed reservation, however, will not change once the reservation is confirmed unless changes (ie: upgrades, date changes, etc) are made at your request.

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT- One night’s deposit (including taxes) is due upon booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The credit card used for payment must be presented at check-in for verification. Failure to present the credit card may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY – A reservation cancelled greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a $25 processing fee. A cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the original deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival will forfeit the balance of payment unless re-rented. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - Any charges or damages will be paid by the guest. The manager will use the credit card on file to recover these charges.

PETS - Sorry, no pets are permitted in any of our rooms.

CRIBS & COTS - Crib/Playpens or extra cots, if available, are $10/N.
